For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, care credit and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
Please note, there is a 3.5% convenience fee on all payments made using a payment card. We do offer a cash discount.
DENTAL INSURANCES
Dogwood Family Dental is a preferred provider for most dental insurance plans, please contact our office to see if we are in network with your insurance carrier. The best way to ensure network participation is to call your insurance company using the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
If we are out of network with your insurance, we still file as a courtesy and utilize your out of network benefits which does not provide you with a great difference in out-of-pocket costs.
We kindly ask that you bring your up-to-date insurance card with you to your first visit so that we can have it on file. Our insurance coordinator takes time to look up your benefits to give you an accurate estimate of treatment costs and insurance coverage to maximize your benefits.
