Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated chair and time slot for you. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment that you please provide us with at least 1 FULL BUSINESS DAY NOTICE.
If appointment is rescheduled with less than 1 business day notice, or you fail to come to an appointment a $50 FEE will be added to your account which needs to be paid for IN FULL before rescheduling.
If you are scheduled for an appointment that is 2 hours or longer a deposit does need to be paid to hold your spot on the schedule. If 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, or if you do not come to your appointment, you will lose the deposit.
